Technical justification for WRA Hub equipment procurement.

This report supports the acquisition of core technology to deliver a free, centralized digital resource for Canadian nonprofits. The WRA Hub is a youth-led initiative hosted by Oasis of Change, funded by Canada Service Corps at Employment and Social Development Canada and administered by the GLOCAL Foundation of Canada through the CANConnect Micro-grant Diversity program.
